The date.. June, the 11th. The time.. 0930PM. The place.. The Great Hall of RhyDin. The event.. The once in a life time wedding between Gavilean Starfare, King of Westridge and his beloved (and my "Boss") Tera Dawn Destre, future Queen of Westridge. The ceremony was officiated by no other than Xenograg Bey, Sorcerer and Bey of Xenodar, dear friend to the happy couple, and also friend to RhyDin itself.
The Great Hall of RhyDin was redecorated to resemble the Great Hall of Arda, which lies in Westridge, the homeland of the Groom. While grooms were on hand at the circular drive entrance to take horses and carriages alike, Guardsmen of the Kingdom of Westridge in turn escorted guests up the marble steps, and through the white doorway and into one of the most incredible scenes I have ever been witness to. The hall itself was brightly lit via the many incredible looking chandeliers that were hung high from the cathedral-like ceiling. The hall itself was encompassed by seven thousand blue roses given to the couple for this occasion by one Artemus Kurgen, mage and educator per excellence. Each of the four walls bore a floral replica of the Crest of Westridge in all it's splendor, given to the couple by Dana Winters, floral specialist second to none.
The upper balcony that wrapped around the hall itself was occupied by an orchestra, a string quartet, and a contemporary band that played throughout the evening. Each of the several hundred floor seats were decorated with burgundy plush cushions, as guards stood by the gift tables, which were along the sides of the hall. Hundreds of people descended upon the Hall as if it were some kind of a sporting event for the ages, and in truth the air was just as electric in it's own way. Dignitaries from

across the realms and lands attended, and nearly all races represented in one fashion or another. It was an amazing sight to behold as so many of RhyDin's residents, and visitors gathered to wish the new couple well on their special day.
The bride looked absolutely stunning in her hand-crafted one-of-a-kind wedding dress, that was off the shoulders, with hand embroidered ivory, and gold threaded tracery of the Kingdom of Westridge crest throughout the skirt, and a very full eight foot long train. The groom was looking quite dashing (yes you read correctly) as he wore the formal regalia of Westridge, which consisted of a high-collared deep red military uniform, with grey lapels, and gold embroidery and buttons. Deep grey pants, lined with narrowed gold and red embroidery along the seams, and knee high boots were also included. Together, they made quite the pair indeed.
The bride was escorted down the aisle and given away by Brian Ravenlock, of the RhyDin Ravenlocks, brother to Jewell Ravenlock. Who was dressed in full military dress from the nation of Bastok, nestled in the realm of Vana'diel. Once the Bride was given away, she joined the wedding party which consisted of Kyndra MacDraven, the Maid of Honor, Tasslehofl Momus, the Best Man and of course her husband to be, Gavilean.
The Ceremony was a beautiful one, and was a feast for the senses in many aspects. Emotions ran high as many people were seen with tears in their eyes, and happiness about. One person admitted to seeing people climb the rafters to get a better view of the couple.
As the ceremony concluded, cries of "God save the Queen!" were heard abound, as well wishers rushed the couple to express their happiness and fondest wishes. Soon after that, the reception commenced and lasted to the wee hours of the morning with much joy and laughter, as people danced and sang, ate and drank to their hearts content.
I must say, this was an experience for the ages on many levels (save my own wedding to my beloved Charlotte, I love you sweetheart) and I was honored to have been a part of it, and to have the chance to write this article as well. I know I speak for many across the multiverse when I say "I wish you both all the happiness in the world, and off with her head!" (Note: anyone with questions pertaining to the latter half of what I said, must ask the newly crowned Queen.)

It was with great surprise and to my honor that I was asked in the early morning hours of June 10, 2006 to preside over the wedding of Brian and Charlotte Ravenlock. The impromptu ceremony that was attended by Artemus Kugen, Lady Katherine, Gavilean Starfare, and Icer Shimmerscale was an intimate but beautiful affair.
Brian RavenlockThe Bride was radiant as she had taken the time to rush home and gather her dress and the groom was wearing his formal military attire. I had even taken time to run over to the Inn and change into my uniform to ensure the marriage was legal and also so I was dressed up and the guests had found festive clothing as well to make this a special day for the lovely bride and handsome groom.

Charlotte RavenlockAlthough I know that both had wanted a larger ceremony circumstances are such that this smaller more intimate one seemed to better signify just how strong the love the two feel for each really is despite how badly the odds appear to be stacked against them right now.
The two said their vows in clear, sincere voices that I could hear the deep abiding love they hold for each other ringing through. I will tell you that I have presided over many, many weddings in my years as a Justice of the Peace and even I found myself with tears threatening as these two made their life long promises before us all.
It was with great pride and joy that I pronounced my Boy Toy and my friend Char, husband and wife. Belated wedding gifts and congratulations can be sent to their home or if you see them out raise a glass in toast to the happy newlyweds!

After weeks of planning and messengers sent back and forth to me to arrange to perform his wedding, I stepped into the Great Hall expecting a most joyous occasion. What met me there however was far from that faithful readers! Kibi had had a change of heart and Yuki has now found himself not getting married as he had thought.
I had come expecting to perform the ceremony in my official capacity as a Justice of the Peace. I will admit to you that I was shocked and dismayed to find that there was to be no happy event that day after all.
This love triangle has once more heated up as according to what was told to me by Kibi herself as she can not bring herself to

hurt either Yuki or her beloved Ryo by marrying either of them right now so she ain't going to after all.
She is going to continue to date them both from what I understand at least for the time being folks. I will continue to follow this ever changing story for you and keep you undated as to the latest developments as they occur.
