So! Winter is almost upon us, and it's about time you all started getting your warm weather wear ready to go! Now, just because I spend all my time making sweaters, doesn't mean that I'm too biased to give you a little fashion advice. I mean, I am Cute Single Erin, am I not? And while high fashion works for some, not all RhyDin women can afford the sheik slick look that is so popular.
Or can they?
First? Don't forget the importance of a hot new hairstyle! Being sure to keep your hair trimmed, colored and styled is an important way to update any look. Angles are in, as well as the short look. I, personally, am a fan of the hapless messy look. But, no matter what you decide, remember that in keeping your hair new and edgy, you can make your wardrobe last longer!
For fall and winter you want to wear dark colors with a splash of something more bold. A black outfit with a gold jacket, or a dark red scarf. Make sure to pop with your color choices, and pick something rich and deep rather than just bright. Think of fall as a deepening and maturing of your colour palette.
You only need a few items for a complete closet. Make sure to mix and match them as you go, but a durable trouser suit, a few pair of well cut trousers in different, but darker, base colors ( black, charcoal, camel, etc), an edgy cropped jacket, well cut jeans and a few cardigans with different neck lines. Once you have these worked out, then you can begin to add to your look as you see fit.
RED! Nothing is more sophisticated and beautiful than a lady with a little red. Be bold, be fabulous.
Shirts with some volume in the sleeve seem to be coming back. Try a balloon sleeve, or a cropped at the elbow bell sleeve. Deep cuffs are also beautiful, and can give you a bit of an updated pirate look!

Try gloves for fancier occasions! All sorts are welcome and can dress up a simple outfit!
Flat shoes! Ballerina flats, animal prints and equestrian boots are in! So try and leave those spiky heels for a more down to RhyDin look. Plus, that means you can duel easier in your outfit! Huh? Huh?
You want a set of bags. The BIG bag, the MAMMOTH bag, a small bag and a nice tiny clutch. Try and get them in striking deep colours, or even grey. Just don't forget to switch your money from one to the other! Nothing more embarrassing than not being able to drink when you go out.
Get yourself some belts! Show off those waists, ladies! Some nice metallic ones will work wonders for that dark wardrobe. Make that sexy part of you pop!
Climbing hemlines got you scared? Go for some opaque or lace tights! Though, a nice short shirt dress with a flashy belt and a modest heel will be stunning. So, I say do it! Do it!
And, other news? A good collection of sweaters is necessary for the fall. Make sure to vary necklines, lengths and colors! Also, pair them with complimentary hats and scarves and a lovely pair of mittens to make yourself warm, cozy and stylish.
